JAZZ&LATIN VOCALIST MAYA

 

ジャズを基本にジャンル、スタイルにとらわれず9ヶ国語で歌い分けるオリジナリティ溢れる世界観で、現在までベスト盤含め 17作品のCDをリリース。

 

「ゴ-ルドディスク」「ジャズディスク大賞・ボーカル賞(国内部門)」、「アルバム・オブ・ザ・イヤー 」「ジャズオーディオ・ディスク大賞」など数々の賞を受賞。

2020年自身の音楽レーベルAMBIVALENCEを発足。


第一弾作品はヴィンテージ機材やオーディオ機器を駆使したアナログ録音による高音質作品、ジャズドラマー松尾明and aloneをリリース。VGP2020企画賞受賞。

「ジャズオーディオ・ディスク大賞銀賞」受賞。


JAZZ VOCAL専門オリジナル盤レコードショップAMBIVALENCEをオープン。

 

また近年は音楽と食の関係にも注目している。日本CI協会発刊の月刊Macrobiotiqueに『Life is JAZZ Life is MACROBIOTIC』連載。

高音質音楽と体に優しいMacrobiotic料理や自然療法を取り入れたイベントMusiCookin'主催。

Macrobiotic発祥校Lima cooking school師範科修了。(優秀賞受賞)

病気ごとに適した食をMacrobioticの視点からメニューを提案するメディカルシェフ資格取得。

東城百合子料理学校研究科修了。

With a world view full of originality, singing in 9 languages regardless of genre and style based on jazz,

17 CDs including the best compilation album has released.

Received numerous awards such as

"Gold Disc" "Jazz Disc Award / Vocal Award (Domestic Category)",and "Album of the Year".

In 2020, own music label "AMBIVALENCE" was launched.

The first work is "and alone" of a jazz drummer Akira Matsuo with a high-quality work by analog recording that makes full use of vintage equipment and audio equipment. This album was received the VGP2020 Planning Award.

In recent years, she has also been paying attention to the relationship between music and food.

Wrote of "Life is JAZZ, Life is MACROBIOTIC" serialized in the monthly Macrobiotique published by the Japan CI Association.

Organized "Musi Cookin', " which is an event that incorporates high-quality music, body-friendly Macrobiotic food and natural remedies.

Completed the normal course at Lima cooking school, the birthplace of Macrobiotic. (Received the Excellence Award) Obtained a medical chef qualification that proposes menus suitable for each illness from a Macrobiotic perspective.
